What would cause a "time-out" in ARQ?
A positive acknowledgment of the sent data.
A negative acknowledgment of the sent data.
Data is correctly sent to the receiver.
No acknowledgment received within a given period.

If there is no acknowledgment received within a given period, the time-out is used.
